CCIR decoder software Dispatch

Hello Guys,

I'm the radio-responsible on a project where we are building a bus into a mobile com central and first aid place.

We are a non-profit org so we can't go out and buy a CAD system, so we are looking for a CCIR decoder software, wich can display/decode the call to who is calling...


The signal coms via the sound card or the com port.


I really hope some one can help.
