What radios do you own?: XTS5000

Motorola HT1550XLS Question????

Hi,

I am looking to get a HT1550XLS and wanted to know if the radio can be configured for the following:

Rotary/Top Control Zone Selection ( I have 3 Zones of 16 channels each)
Top Emergency Button Activate/deactivate the Emergency Siren

Side Button 1 Light (activate/deactivate)
Side Button 2 Monitor
Side Button 3 Scan (activate/deactivate)

Front Buttons
The rocker type button (middle of the Menu Buttons) Use for Channel selection
