PLN7737B XTVA HHCH - Anyone repair these?

I have a PLN7737B XTVA hand held control head that's failed. I sent the entire thing (convertacom + mic) back to the depot to have them swap boards on the convertacom, and send it all back with a tag on the mic stating "contact your local dealer". Well I work for the F'ing local dealer and I thought the depot dealt with this.

Check the fuse inside and it was blown, subbed in one for testing and still no luck.

Do any of you guys work on these?
