Micor 4 wire stn Line driver TLN4668B2 card info needed

Looking for information on a line driver card, TLN4668B2. Looking for board layout and diagram in PDF.

This is a station 4 wire line driver card.

Someone must has the documentation on this line driver card for a Micor base station. It is one of the older
models with the ribbon cable between the chassis.
