CDM programming issue w/ region error

CDM programming issue w/ region error

I have a CDM mobile with no control head or bottom sticker so I'm not sure which model it is. When I tried to read it through the accessory connector I received 4-1379 region errror. After searching the boards I found out how to edit my registry so that my CPS can read all regions. The change to my registry worked, I know this because when I go to Help in the CPS & details it now shows all the regions, however I still get the same error. Does anyone have any other suggestions?
