Astro HHCH missing display pixels

I have several Astro HHCH units and they are all suffering the Jedi style missing pixels on the display. It appears they use the same heat sealed paper thin flex cables as the Jedi series.

Is there a service bulletin that exists for this? If not, will Motorola repair HHCH units if sent in? If so, would they require the entire radio or can only the HHCH be sent?
