Motorola MTX B7 Model Error code FAIL 01/81??

Hi,

I just got a Motorola MTX B7 model and when I power it up,it shows"SELF TEST-FAIL 01/81"on the front display.

Anyone can tell me what this fail code is and how do I fix it??
