Motorola HT1000 Battery?

Could anyone advise me if the battery in the link below is the specs in size as the standard 7.2v 1200mah Nicd, I'm looking for a Nimh battery that is of the same size as the standard 7.2v 1200mah Nicd?.

This battery size is 6.0" x 2.25" x 0.5"

That battery does not have the same form factor as the OEM

The old NiCd NTN7143CR is now the NTN7143DR NiMh. I don't think there is any difference in size or shape. List $74.
