gm300 gm350 & gm340 mics

can anyone let me know what is the difference in the mics for the GM 300, 350, & 340, as i have all of these radios but when i swap mics the gm300 monitor light comes on and the sq opens ?????????????

You need to "hang-up" the mic. The button on the back has to be grounded to disable the Monitor....
