HT1550xls FPP without red batt

Post by n3obl »

Wondered if anyone has figured out how to get the FPP working on a HT1550xls without needing the red battery?

Although the pictures are gone, I believe it was confirmed in this thread that the red-label battery contains a special IC chip that cannot be duplicated by aftermarket or external manipulation.
