Computer Based ANI

Has anyone developed a computer based multiformat ANI decoder that will work through the sound card of a PC??
"Can you make my radio do that cool squeaky thing after im done talking? I don't need the numbers just like the noise."- Customer wanting MDC-1200 because it sounded cool.

What are you looking for exactly?

Antistatic.org has a utility called WinMDCD that will decode MDC1200 through a sound card. There is also a decoder for DTMF, which I can't think of right now...
The bandsplit is only a suggestion.
