MAXTRAC Question

Post by KI4RGV »

Can anyone advise if a MaxTrac 888 radio will use the normal Maxtrac RSS?

I am currently winning one on eBay for less then $10.

Also, can you tell if it is a trunking radio by the model number?

Model # D35MWA5GF6AK

Thank You,

Try spending some time on the www.batlabs.com site. Many of your questions should be answered. One point
to keep in mind is that these radios will not do the splinter frequencies that many trunking systems use today.

If your question is can you use the normal conventional software for trunking, the answer is no.
