Take the 4 screws off at the bottom plate and look at the the circuit board. You will see two adjustments marked "PWR SET" and "CUR SET". You can adjust the "PWR SET" to turn the TX power up or down. Make sure you use a good watt meter amd have a good power supply, and don't try to over do it.
