Post by cinder »

I have a 380-470 split and I would like to go out of band a bit higher. How can I do this?

In the radio information window with expert view enabled there is a tab called "Frequency Ranges" if you open that up you can select "allow invalid frequencies". We tested this with a V/U (R1) by enabling UHF R2, then entering frequencies from 470.025, to up above 500.00MHz. Well the radio did not like it as soon as one of the out of band channels was selected, it just gave an error tone and displayed a message about RX freq error.
