part number needed for quantar SCB cover

I am in need of the part number for a quantar SCB board cover. (the cover that screws into the front over the board)
Anyone know what that is?

There are two versions of it.

The first version does not have the openings for the V.24 ports on the wireline card.

The second version does have the openings for the V.24 ports on the wireline card.
