I want to know if is possible to modified Maxtrac 100 to Maxtrac 300 for 2 ch. to 16 ch. or more ????

Yes !!
It is possible to convert the 2 ch radios to
16, however, you must have some good skills
with Alighnment, and replacement of the Front
Cover, and working with the Logic Board.
Its not really a simple process, and depending on your skill level, you might be better off just getting a radio with all your needs.
