Waris Bluetooth adapter headset?

Waris Bluetooth adapter headset?

Hi all,

I bought a Waris bluetooth kit with the Motorola-branded airmic today at a hamfest. While the airmic works great, I can't get my Motorola H375 to connect to it. Am I doinh something wrong or is this thing locked to the airmic?
