Question about tri chem NTN8831A charger.

On the tri chem NTN8831A charger which fits the Saber, Jedi, XTS lines, the solid green indicates the battery is charged. Is the charger still trickling the battery on a solid green, or is no charging taking place at this point? Thanks. GARY N4KVE
