What radios do you own?: motorola/vertex midland

Wondering if anyone knows what version rss/cps it takes to read and write to maxtrac model #d45mwa5gc5ak it is and 800mhz radio.

G'Day Jack,

The RSS I use is R05.01.00. Works fine on a SMARTNET MaxTrac and a MaxTrac 800.

One point to consider before putting much effort into this radio, it will not do splinter frequencies in the trunking mode.

and the radio also won't support rebanding. soon to be a nice door stop unless you use it for conventional.
