ATIA Setup and Installation

Anyone had experience installing the Motorola ATIA application of a workstation? No one at work seems to remember how to install correctly. We know we have the ZC forwarding ATIA info on the network and we know it works because we have two other workstations that have the ATIA application installed but we can not seem to duplicate on a third workstation. Once Alarm.exe is executed, I notice once the application is up, there is no forwarding IP address noted, just 0.0.0.0.

If anyone could help me, that would be great.
