Spectra Button Question

Alright guys,

I see in the Lab 05.03 that there is a button for Rt/Rn which is Route/Run. I set that as a button just to see what it does, and with no shock I don't see it doing much.

Anyone got an idea on this button? Besides "oh it's for transit ops", that one is obvious.

Also, the TIME Display...what is that? Naturally the Time but how does one enable it besides setting it as a button?

Bump/More info.

I see I program a VIP pin for the "Clock". Guess I need to find a detailed Spectra Manual of sorts to figure this one out...?
