maxtrac / GM300 / M120 Radius P25 repeater

Gday all, As we already know this has been done a million times, but i have followed the mods and flicked the rx audio switch to low and injected the tx audio to the juction on the rf board , as yet i have not made any adjustments to any audio or deviation settings .. and it does not pass the p25 through .. can anyone tell me what i should adjust first from here to make it work ? the deviation in the software or the onboard deviation ? cheers all.
