Motorola Inc. to change it's name to Motorola Solutions

Motorola is planning Q1 2011 to seperate Motorola Inc. into two independent public traded companies.

Motorola Solutions will focus on providing next generation solutions for government, public safety and enterprise customers.

Motorola Mobility will be focused on the current mobile devices and home businesses.
