If anybody thinks Motorola's "police squad" DOES NOT come to Batlabs occasionally, you're just fooling yourselves!

Contrary to some beliefs I would surely say that they sure do "police these boards" but IF they had an issue with "us" then Bat would have been closed down or would have been served. I believe for one that they could "shut down" bat if there was a good reason but since "we're" all doing productive and leagal things here and are not law breakers so people should stop giving "everyone" warnings saying be careful the motorola cops are gonna get ya.
If they wanted ya, they would have already served you.

So to finish up here...Come on people. IF there is a post that warrants a warning about Motorola and the attorneys they have, BY ALL MEANS post a warning, but otherwise STOP WASTING BANDWIDTH

M isn't particularly concerned about a few people who are hacking at their own radios for non-commercial, non-profit purposes. For fun, in short. What they ARE concerned about are people who are peeing in their revenue stream...selling illicit upgrades, RSS, stuff like that. That's the stuff that can get you in trouble.

Bravo.......Elroy you summed it up in a nutshell. And with your post I hope that all references to Motorola cops go away until there is real reason to post one...
