Post by JD »

Any suggestions on DC line filters for 100 watt radios in ambulances?
Motorola, Kenwood, Antennex or ICT.

Thanks.

I use buck-boost dc/dc converters to flatten out voltage problems which also eliminate line noise issues.

The Motorola offering is TLN5277E...about $150, but they work very well.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
