LEGALLY Obtained C200 Deskset Software

Does anybody know where i can LEGALLY Obtain Motorola C200 Deskset Software, I think this deskset was originally made for Motorola by Gai-Tronics but i have been to 3 different Motorola Dealers and nobody has the software to program this deskset. Also run into a dead end with Gai-Tronics on the Software. Please Help!!! Again i'm not asking for Illegal Software here, just trying to figure out my options.
