Look for companies that do construction of electrical transmission lines; one down here in North Carolina is E&R, Inc. (http://www.eandr-inc.com) The company I used to work for used them many many times to set utility poles, of different lengths.
Or just contact your local electrical utility & ask them who they use.

When I was building cellular sites, we often had to install a pole on the property and used the electrical contractor
to do the work. You need a contractor that does more than just home electrical work. They need the equipment
to move and install the pole. Check the yellow pages under electrical contractors and find one that does industrial
work.

I second finding a local utility contractor. Around here I've used ILB (International Line Builders), or Henkels and McCoy, to set poles (or trench it in) and bring service to a new site if the local utility doesn't.

Problem with 100 foot wooden poles is trying to just get them to the site. Then you need to dig about 20 to 22 feet into the ground to set them. Then you need a crane or a good sized line truck to lift it and slide it into the hole without knocking in all the dirt in the process.
The company I use to work for used 100 foot wood poles for the cellular antenna support. They got by the zoning and permitting because they were not classified as a tower or antenna structure. Used a number of them over the course of several years.
One hint that we started doing toward the end was to fill most of the hole back up with some expanding foam we would mix on site. Pour it into the hole and let it set up. Then let the line truck or crane let off the lifting cable. Then back fill the remaining couple of feet of the hole with the dirt that came out.
We could set a pole in about an hour from start to finish. It took longer to get the pole on site than it did to put it up.
