GP360 Programming Help

I have a GP360 I am trying to program I have CPS version D03.02.01 but the radio will not read or write, I also have the tuner software that will properly connect. Does anyone know how to find what revision the radio is to know whether the software I have is compatible? Also I see that it may be possible to program using the HT1250 software, can anyone help point me in the right direction with this?
