We have x-band UHF/Low band mobile repeaters in our trucks. Is there anyway to configure the RICK that when enabled if a user transmits on the low band mobile (same radio used in the repeater) that it will also transmit on the UHF?

You would have to modify the radios, not the RICK. The local mic PTT does not show up at it's own accessory plug as COR, and mic audio does not show up as rx audio.
