Motorola GP 338

Hi there

Currently I work with my GP338 motorola to programming it with Maxton RPC-M5X program cable and using 9v battery. I use CPS R06.11.05, but every time I try communicate , the com error always find.

Is there any of you has experience with? and can you solve it out? please your share is required.
