MCS2000 Type II /GM1200

Hi Guyz!
I'm searching for the free software [NOT RSS] (I think that coded by ham) for remote control MCS2000/GM1200 radios, using RIB.
There were option for entering frequencies manually.
I don't remember the name.
Can someone help please ?
