Service mode for MCS2000

Post by N4KVE »

I want to see which firmware version my UHF MCS2000 has. I'm familiar with the way to do this on recent HT's, but not the MCS. Turn on the radio & within a few seconds which button do I press 5 times? Thanks. GARY N4KVE

I believe it's the monitor button (furthest left on the bottom row of buttons, below the volume control)...can't check since I don't have one in front of me right now so don't quote me...
