KVL3000 PLUS KEYLOADER

Hi all, Can anyone help me out with a supplier for the Motorola KVL3000 Plus.
I have a batch of IC-F70D radio`s which have come into my workshop from a
local enforcement group which need to be programmed for DES & AES
encryption. A good second-hand one would be great!
