Astro W3 to W7, W9 to W7

I have two Astro 110 Watt trunk mount radios, one with a W3 head and one with a W9 head.
I want to change the heads to a W7.

What are my options for changing the head type?

I've been able to program personalities using CPS.

You will need s-records to push into the radios which will require lab software. The W3 will also need a new interconnect board since the one it has now is specific to w3 use. The w4/5/79 all use the same interconnect board.
