HMN1086B Handset

How can I use the HMN1086B with a CDM 1550 / GM380 ? The mic and PTT is working.

Well generally you hold it up to your head, and when you desire to speak, press the PTT and then when finished release it, you'll hear the other party in the earpiece.

But seriously, could you be a little more specific?

It should just plug in. I've used one on a Maxtrac without a problem in the past.

If you program the CDM-1550 for handset mode then it will mute the built in speaker once you take the handset off hook.

Should work right out of the box - just plug it in instead of the regular mic.
If you use a remote control head - make sure you are using a 10 pin connection cable.
8 pin - CAT5 cable works - but is missing the pin for handset audio - so you will not hear anything on the handset.
