Trying to identify an old used tower is near to impossible. Your best bet is to look over the legs real close and see if you can find any type of identification stamped into it. Most of the companies put some sort of marking on each of the tower components so they can be identified while the tower is being built.
Obtaining a drawing of the old tower may be near to impossible. A number of the tower companies have gone by the wayside over the years. Some of them were very well known in the industry. The big one that comes to mind is Andrew Tower Corp. Don't confuse it with Andrew Corp. They were 2 different companies.
Andrew Tower made some large, heavy towers over the years. It was owned and run by Johnny Andrews. He was hoping that his son's would take over the company, but he didn't have any interest. So Johnny just shut it down about 2000 or 2001 or so. Kind of hated to see the company go.
Might not have been of much help, but your there and the rest of us can't lay our eyes on what you have.

Could be the Rohn SSV series. You can get the drawings off the Rohn page.
