Help with MT1000 99 chan program

Post by LP21 »

Have several 99 channel low band (33mhz) MT1000's. After programming I find that two units always revert back to channel one when turned off and then back on. Several other units will turn back on the same channel they were turned off. This company wants the radios to power back up on the same channel they were on when turned off. Is this a software issue or is there something I am missing?

What radios do you own?: XTS2500, XTS5000, and MTS2000

IIRC there is a setting in RSS under radio wide options, but I think it depends on the radios' firmware to support it. Been a while since I maintained some of these, but the older controllers (AN version model numbers?) didn't support power up on last channel used.
