EX560XLS Alerting Question

I recently programmed 5 EX560XLS portables to alert when a certain set of tones is activated on a closed "paging" channel. The radios alert when the tones area activated, but no voice is heard. How can I make it so that the tones alert and it opens up to hear the dispatch?

Are you set up as a Call Alert or Selective Call?

They are set up for Call Alert. They work perfectly as far as alerting when the tones activate, however you can't hear the dispatch.

Under mdc system 1-> call alert/sel cal-> call alert type make sure its set to “call alert w/voice”
