09/10 doesnt necessarly 100% mean a hardware fail does it?

I think 09/10 is
"Secure option not communicating with radio"

09/90 was
Secure Hardware Fatal Error

I believe it means the radio has the correct flash for encryption, and encryption has been enabled in the codeplug but might not have the hardware.. or is missing a key.

ERROR 09/10 SecureNet serial bus failure.

ERROR 09/10 SecureNet serial bus failure.
Pretty sure it's just the hardware is missing

If only a key is missing then a key fail message will be displayed but I don't think the 09/10 will come out unless the board is missing or non-operational

Confirmed.
No trees were harmed in the posting of this message...however an extraordinarily large number of electrons were horribly inconvenienced.
