Why would an Astro Spectra be configured so that the power button does nothing? When power is applied, it is on- the power button does not turn it off. I have to really use my imagination to think of a need for this, so I guess it could be a malfunction. Anyone aware of a way to configure this?

Metro Nashville's air units are working as well as the rest of the units, but I'm sure its on a smaller scale than LA.
