Pardom my ignorance on this, but I thought you could load IMBE into any 1mb vocon board?
You can convert a VSELP radio to IMBE if you have the version F, or G vocoder boards (1 Meg Boards) in other words any radio with a 1 meg vocoder can be converted to be used for either IMBE or VSELP but not both.

Motorola got back to me with the numbers
Part number 1305622Q15 is the label with securenet-s and the 0 and crossed out 0 for clear and secure switch.
Par number 1305622Q03 is lable that says securenet on the top, has the hole cut out for the secure switch, and the circle and circle crossed out on it for clear and secure.
