Telex whisper mike em200 cable

Hi all, I was just wondering if anyone has ever built an interface cable from the telex em200 to the hirose adapter on a saber? The cheapest price I can find for the telex cable to saber is $239.00. Does anyone have the pinouts? I saw another thread that had sources for the hirose connectors. It just hurts to pay that much for a cable I can build for a fraction of the cost.

By the way I already have the EM200. I use to use it on a military PRC Radio. Just wanted to see if I could get it to work with the saber as well
