Computer Controlled Siren/Lights

Hi, I remember awhile back seeing the Siren unit that was controlled by computer and just the other day seeing the lighting relay unit that was made. I am looking for info on particularly the Siren unit. I'm wondering where I can get the software and how exactly it works.
