Strange Astro Spectra Codeplug. Please Help

I have a strange flashcode on an Anstro Spectra 110w I am looking to purchase. The fellow that is selling it gave me the following information as below, but the flashcode is what's confusing me. Any help on this would be appreciated.

If he put an extra zero upfront it's an Analog only unit (Q241).
