Watch out for the new automatic TX-RX off-set feature in 4.0!

If you enable it with an existing codeplug that did not have the auto off-set feature (e.g., any codeplug prior to CPS 4.0), it wipes out ALL TX and RX frequency data in the radio.

Obviously, this is a problem that will need fixing.
