Li-on battery charger

Does anyone know if NTN4734A will charge a Li-on battery?
Also does anyone know the part# and price for an Astro Saber belt clip, I am looking to buy one.

FYI, NTN1667A retails for $105.

The WPLN4111AR retail is 165.00.

Wow. Even with a discount, the astro saber clips are still $19 + change. Ouch.
