ht1250ls / more than 16 conv modes?

I have an ht1250ls uhf. Id love to find a way to load more than 16 conventional personalities in the radio, since the codeplug capacity shows 80% free, with 16 modes programmed, and 1 trunking system!

Any thoughts?
