hi i need some help i need to know how to change a mtx9000 b3 900mhz radio watts to make it stronger in range can anyone help it is currently on 3 watts but would like to make it about 5watts or the most it can hold if it is possible please let me know on how to do this thanks so much Rico.

also for those not being able to get the mandown mdc to work in mtx9000 i sent my radio to ani motorola radio dealer and they were able to put it in my radio with the tilt switch and all for a total $150.00 they put this little encoder board in that fits basically any radio. and i talked to a motorola dealer and they said it wasnt possible but they got the little chip in it so it works even with the ptt code and emergency and mandown stuck mic and tot and all kinds of sht for info email me [email protected] ok please let me know i would like to make the range on my radio stronger and watts thanks!
