How is the speaker held onto the flex on the visar. I have no audio from the internal speaker but do have audio when a mic is attached. The speker appears loose, but I can see no soder joints to the speaker?
Thanks

There are a couple of plastic posts in the middle of the inside front housing. They hold a small metal retaining bar in place, which in turn holds down the controller board, which holds down the flex cable connections onto the speaker. Great system, huh? If the posts are broken, the flex won't sit properly on the speaker & you'll have intermittant/no speaker audio.

The flex is soldered to the spkr terms.
Pry up the little flap of plastic that covers the terms and carefully unsolder them.
Good luck.
