XTS3000 and the various versions of CPS/RSS question

I have waded through many pages and posts and I am still confused about the following:

Will:
Tuner for Professional and Entry Level Professional radios
version R02.06.00

OR

Professional Radio CPS
version R06.02.05

OR

Astro DOS RSS R06.50.00 (if it hasn't been written by CPS)

Program and align an XTS3000 VHF HT
Host Version R07.10.01.00, DSP Version R08.02.06, EMC R03.53
Flashcode 580001-000000-0

People post many differant tags to the version numbers. Thanks.

Thanks for the info. I am try to educated myself to see if this HT fits my needs. If it does, I want to know I have the right software.

Judging by your firmware you will need new Astro portable software.

As ROF stated CPS is the only thing available from Motorola now.
